Work entailed survey research and development, researching analytical techniques, analyzing and reporting data related to command climate surveys for the Department of Defense (DoD), researching organizational climate-related topics for DoD strategic initiatives.

Analysis Lead
Worked on the development of computer-based trainings and training support products for Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Conducted job and task analyses, developed training assessments including job performance measures, conducted training evaluations.
