Cayuse Research Administration Suite

In its ongoing efforts to support the submission of proposals to external sponsors, Florida Tech has invested in a set of tools from the Cayuse Research Administration Suite.  The Cayuse Research Suite is a connected cloud-based research suite that is designed to simplify the preparation and electronic submission of proposals (pre-award) as well as other research administration processes such as animal oversight, intellectual property (inventions), outside interests, and human ethics.  

There is currently a training environment (sandbox) available for faculty to learn how to use the system. It is preferred that everyone familiarize themselves with this new environment by using the sandbox before accessing and utilizing the actual Cayuse system. Please email osp_proposals@tif2005.com to obtain access to the sandbox. A username and login will be emailed to you shortly after processing the request.

Researchers will have access to the official Cayuse proposal system using their Tracks login via the link below beginning January 1, 2025.
